Get in touch
If you like what you see and you’d like to book us, just get in touch with us to check if we’re available for your date.
Make the booking
If we’re available, we can hold your date as a provisional booking. Then when the deposit has been paid, we will confirm your date has been booked.
Tailor your big day
We will remain in touch with you regularly in the lead up to your big day. We will find out what we can do to make it as special and memorable as possible. We will ask for your preferred first dance too.
Getting ready
In the build up to your wedding day, we will check in with you to see if you have any last minute requests or questions as well as confirming location, arrival time etc.
The big day!
We always arrive early to be safe. We will check in with venue staff to make them aware that we have arrived and arrange to get set up. When the venue room is ready, we will quickly get set up and do a quick sound check to make sure everything is perfect.
Party time!
Now that we’re ready to go, we will check in with the couple and let them know how everything will run for the introduction & first dance. We find this helps ease the last minute nerves some couples may have. Don’t worry, we’ll keep it simple so that it will be a truly memorable moment!
